    Gotcha! Zach Nute yup, ive been throwing a spinner and 7'' power worm and been nailing them in the evening. Water temp is 57+ right now. Thanks for all the help.

    The pre-spawn is underway around me and im wondering during pre-pawn does time of day matter? Early morning and evening fishing still the way to go? I mainly bank fish and I always feel like if im not out fishing by 7:30am its not worth going out? Im pretty new to fishing so im not really sure how important time of day is.

For the last 5 years ive been fishing occasionally(target large mouth but i enjoy catching anything) but last fall I really got the itch and since then ive been counting down the days till spring!
