  1. Maybe not. Had an extra tackle box hanging around the garage. Me being the good guy that I am, actually gave it away to a buddy of mine... A few minutes pass by and my girlfriend gets quiet, and seems upset... It seems I gave away one of my anniversary gifts... The couch sure is comfortable..
  2. went to a few lakes in dutchess county, found a nice honey hole!
  3. Car doors are fun too. Went to Bass Pro, about a 3 hour drive, I've never been and REALLY wanted to. After over paying for a rod, one of the cashiers offered a warranty just incase it breaks. Of course I said no, im careful I'll be fine.! Which he then replied with "okay but if you break the rod with your car door or something dont come back crying". SO after my long trip back home, Guess who snapped the rod???....with the car door...kid jynxed me.
  4. IMO 2 piece rods are more convenient, especially if your car is small (like mine). Personally I like the 1 piece rods better, more sensitive, dont have to worry about the top piece flying off or twisting. I have a few 2 piece and 1 piece rods though, depends where I'm going. I recently have been using my roof rack with skii attachments and just putting my 1 piece rods ontop. looks so coollllll. LOL
  5. find this hard to believe!

  9. yeah I've been there a bunch of times...too many people. caught very few "babies", idt its worth going IMO. I fish up north as much as possible, but the tolls are a killer I actually have not, any good spots out there?? Blydenburg is a decent lake, actually caught quite a few big bass out there. It's probrably the best spot on the island IMO

  13. I've been fishing all over long island for quite a while with a buddy of mine. We covered a HUGE chunk of Long Island and had no luck. Caught very very few fish. I mean like just about nothing. We gave up on Long Island and started going up north. Had much better luck. We decided to go to a lake we've had a decent time with in LI just because I didn't feel like paying the tolls and glad I decided on that. 4.35lbs 20in

  22. Hey guys, I currently live in Queens NY. I refuse to fish anywhere in the 5 boroughs. Luckily Long Island is close. BUT The fishing isnt the best. Tried many of Lakes and barely catch anything( I dont see others catching a d**n thing neither) I honestly wouldnt mind having a better experience.. ANY INPUT WOULD BE NICE AS FAR AS SPOTS, TIMES, WHAT YOU GUYS USE. Thanks!!!!!
