thanks jeff h but just got back from pre fishing and almost got skunked. 10 hrs of fishing and only 1lbs to show for. there was a canoe tournament going on and i guess that didn't help either. fished all breaks and weed lines with nothing to show for. should of tried the docks. lol. it was a tough bite with heavy winds and water temp was at 62. all in all, it was brutal. heard the canoe tournament winning bag was 17lbs 10 oz. Wow! i guess the lake does have fish, i just suck.

sup guys. I'm new to the forum. been bass fishing for fun for a while and decided to give tournament fishing a shot this year. i have a tournament on east/west rush lake coming up. any tips or suggestion on this lake? never fished it before. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
