Nah! I've given tutorials for RTV slip molds for hard baits, two piece soft plastics molds from gypsum cement from real craws and frogs. I've been making two piece molds for soft plastics since 1985. You can't get lifelike detail from a tooled mold in aluminum but if that's what you're after then Delw is the man. I don't make molds to sell any more since I've started back in the pouring and the baits will be on my site in a week or so.
TU is Tackle Underground A good place for all kinds of lure building. Don't worry if it takes them awhile to warm up to you though
