  1. I'd say the speed difference between a slow retrieve and a moderate retrieve is minimal at best. I had a lure, before it got snagged and lost forever, that lets say 1/2 turn of the handle per second produced a nice tight side to side wobble and 1 turn per second threw it all over the place and made it dive dramatically. This was on a 5.?:1 ratio reel too. I'd hate to imagine what it would be like on the 6 and 7 to 1 ratios. On a side note, anybody ever use of the Duo Realis cranks? There's some major science behind those lures and just wondering if its all a gimmick like the spring loaded or auto-bleeding lures.
  2. I've heard the action of these is unlike any other lure, just have to reel super slow because I guess it'll roll, dive, and spin if you bring it in too fast. Around here we need all the help we can get because big bass are few and far between, and they are pickier than anywhere else I've been. There is a shining light, however. A young man just wrestled a 7lb largemouth to the banks at Lake Jackson in Ohio. This is a lake where if you get a bite you're doing good and if you actually catch anything over 2lb you win tournaments.
  3. Bigturtle, thank you. Did not know about the Google image search function. Well now I guess $12 to buy one of these bad boys.
  4. I saw this crankbait in an online article, but unfortunately no information was given about it. It resembles a Spro because of the eyes but it isn't on their site or product list. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
