Isn’t that the truth. I’ve learned to always use pliers when removing treble hooks. Had to many thrash a hook into my hand over the years not to.

Got out yesterday for a good 8 hrs. Ended up finding them in 15-20 ft over rock piles. The 110+1 jr. in perch was the ticket. Ended catching 13 over 2 lbs with the biggest going 3.6 and 19.5”.

Ya I should have added that , I’m talking about the casting.

What a difference a year makes

This was my thoughts. Might as well get it, I’ll find a good use for it. I bought a 6’ med fast triumph for my son from them for 70 last week and he’s loving it as his first casting rod.

Local store has this rod on sale for $90. I like the price was thinking about getting as a dock skipping rod. What else would a rod this short be beneficial for.

Not everything is included in the deal. Haven’t thrown the bull Gill yet but feels nice in hand.

After 4 years without my little boat and strictly kayak fishing from my feel free lure and hobie compass I finally had time to rebuild the lower end of my 1998 25hp merc. Looking for ideas on how to better utilize this 1967 whaler fir my fishing needs. Thinking about a platform on the front and somehow a bow mounted trolling motor.
