Anyone fish any one of these lakes lately. Been gone from home for a bit, looking to get my line wet. Was leaning toward Belton. Thanks

Been reading articles from here for a while. Finally decided to get on to the forums. Use to fish Bastrop quite a bit. Travis, Austin, Town Lake (Lady Bird now) and Decker once in a while. Then my job took me away from Texas for 10 years. Back in Texas for at least 3-4 years, then who knows where. Starting to fish Stillhouse and Belton. Fished Stillhouse back in 01, never went back. Profile pic is from Lake Fork back in 2000. One and only time I have fished there. Bed fishing was a blast. Like to fish for LMB and crappie or catfish once in a while. Grew up fishing for trout. Started around the age of 7. So about 14 years being I am 21.........ya 21, that sounds about right. My mom taught me how to fish. She knew how. Back then it was small marshmallows and salmon eggs for trout and worms for bluegill/sunfish. Looking forward to learning from the members.
