Smith in Minnesota

I tried out the Summit and while it's not a bad reel -- definitely better than a Trion and not nearly as good as the rest of the line -- I don't think I could buy one again. The reason is that it is nearly impossible to get it worked on or find replacement parts, which effectively makes it disposable. Even at $40, that's not good. I called Pflueger about mine and they told me that I needed to call a small shop in Iowa... Which then sent me to another small shop in Iowa. I was told that they could send me a "similar part", but it was a completely different color. Every other model, Pflueger can replace and repair, but not this one due to being a Cabela's exclusive.
