Hey everybody, I have a bass raider 10e and I am wanting to go to Lake Amistad. I was just seeing if anybody has experience with the boat in such large bodies of water?

Anybody know if it is legal to use an old clipped license as identification? I recently got a new one because of a motorcycle endorsement and have my old one. It is just clipped on the corner, oh and I'm located in Texas. Tried doing some research to check the legality of it but couldn't find anything solid.

Lilsweep, I set mine up almost exactly to how yours. Tried it out for the first time today and had a couple of problems at first. Don't think it was with the mount but can't be sure, i didn't see any "arches" at all that represent fish, just small dots here and there. Did you ever have this problem?

Tight line, and both times they jumped out and I lost them.

Here is a picture of the hook. Don't think I am pulling hard enough to rip the hook out of the bass's mouth though.

The hook is right through the middle of the worm and the point comes out. I'm using 8lb fluorocarbon medium action rod with a fast action

Hey everybody, I've lost two nice bass that I had right next to the boat on two different occasions. I am using a wacky rig with an owner 1/0 wacky jig head. I am setting the hook, or attempting to, but I lose them right before I can get them in. Do I need to go up on my size hook? Or any other suggestions?

I have a minn Kota endura max 45# that I use with a 105 amp hour stowaway deep marine battery. It last for about 8 hours with medium use

Bought my Elite 3x from Walmart! It was on sale for 90 there like Amazon, but had free shipping. I was interested in how you had your transducer mounted if you didn't mind showing it?

Seems like the 3x could be the way to go. Does anybody have any experience with the Humminbird PMAX 197C DI? It says it's a close contender to it, but is better at distinguishing fish.

On another topic, I wanted to see what everybody recommended on a fish finder. I've never owned or use one, but definitely want to get one for my Bass Raider. I've heard the hummingbird fishin buddy is nice, but im not sold yet.

Ok, did a little more research on it. From my understanding the wiring is just to place the fuse in-circuit for too many amps. Can't I just buy one of these circuit breakers instead, since most people have problems with the one that comes with the boat.
