    Roadwarrior, Thanks for the power info. I would check the action myself, but the rods are several hundred miles away and I need to decide soon. I am getting a couple of Shimano Curado BSF's and assorted lures from him for a nice price. Just didn't know if I should bother with these rods. Thanks. Marty

    Hi, A friend of my Dad has a bunch of fishing equipment he wants to sell relatively inexpensively. The question I have concerns a couple of Cabelas Fish Eagle II casting rods he wants to sell. I am wondering if anyone knows the approximate action and power of these rods and also whether they are decent quality or not. One is a GCII 702 and the other is a GCII 663. Thanks in advance for any info. Marty
