    Going out this weekend to a local pond. The ice is thinning dramatically but the water is still super cold. I'm not sure where the fish are or what bait to throw. Any suggestions? I might have access to a boat depending on ice.

    Going to San Antonio for Christmas and my grandma has a pond in her neighborhood. The pond was stocked with bass (minnows I assume) last year. How long till I will be able to fish the lake and can I fish it now. Are the bass big enough?
