Fishing has been really good the past couple weeks but ever since all this heat got the water temp over 70 the bass seem to be tight lipped all of a sudden

Crushed the SMB over the weekend probably close to 100 boated buy 4 guys in three days. And almost all of them were 3+ lbers and a couple almost 5lbs

Hey guys just an update caught a few big ones last weekend havent been out this weekend (due to walleye opening). Most have been caught on lipless baits in about 8 feet of water. Also have been catching alot of pike lately more than usual. Good luck everyone

Went out yesterday caught my pb largemouth on a rapala shad rap rs. And also caught my pb pike on a jerkbait. Would love to share pics but no clue how lol

My first time bass fishing this early in michigan as well haven't caught anything yet. It just fells good to be off the couch and on the water. If you start hammering them let me know what depth they are

I will be in a boat the lake has some deep holes in it some down to 60 ft. I was thinking jerkbait as well just dont know where they will be hangin out

Hey guys i live in michigan and it looks like next week it might get into the sixtys and probably melt all this miserable ice. My question to you is in water this cold after the first melt ahere do you target the bass at? Shallows, deep, ledges? And what bait would you recommend? This will be first tome ever trying to target largemouth in water this cold. So any input would be greatly appreciated. As always have fun and good luck rippin lips this year fellas!!

I have a 14 foot aluminum boat with a 9.9 outboard. I am going to be purchasing a new trolling motor soon just wondering if you guys think a 30 lb thrust would be good or should i get the 55? Should add that its gotta be a handle one not the cool foot pedal one no way of supporting a foot pedal one.. thanks

This winter i bought a 7 foot heavy st croix mojo bass and i just bought a lews speed spool carbonfire cf1sh. This setup will primarily be used for frog fishing and heavy jigs. This is my first ever casting setup anything else you guys think this would be good for? My other rod is a st. Croix premier 7 foot medium with a shimano stradic c14 4000 fa spinning that i love for everything.
