I am a newer to the swimbait game. I am looking for a rod that is capable of throwing wakebaits such as the ms slammer and spro rat 50 and many more, also want it to be able to handle glidebaits well and topwater such as lunker punker and dirty donkey. Is there a rod that is cheap and capable of handling all three of the categories in one rod or will I need more than one rod?

I'm looking on getting into the swimbait world and I need help trying to figure out what rod,reel and line preferably a rod reel combo under 300. I'm going to be throwing anything from the s waver to 8+ inch swimbaits like huddleston or savage gear line thru trout.

I was fishing today and I caught big fish but then my spinnerbait arm snapped I am searching for a spinner bait with a really strong arm that doesn't snap easily

I know I already have a jig rods but should i stick with a jig or try to go to a swimbait? Ps they also had a 15 and two 14's. People think we are gonna break the record which is 17 almost 18.

I have been trying to pick between going to something new such as swimbaits for using anything between s wavers to huddlestons or stay with jigs but i can't make up my mind. I fish clearlake.
