That looks like it. I'm not positive about the plastic. I was probably 14-15 at the time. How old is that lure? I'm 61 now so that's 46 years ago. Thanks Brokejaw

If anyone ever runs across a lure resembling this I'd love to hear about it. When I was a kid I bought a cheap plastic lure for about $1.19 at a local hardware store. It was a one piece molded plastic and it just killed the bass. I could stand beside anyone and catch more bass than them. I made the mistake of using it without a leader, in a lake heavily populated with Northern Pike. Bye bye. It was all black with two white skunk stripes down the back.
