I like tossing a buzzbait at dusk. I caught one lastnight around 9 pm.

dont get discouraged. my brother in law stayed with me a week and fished hard and got skunked. like fishdevil says post spawn fish can be tricky. as for bank fishing, i never stay in one spot for more than 20 minutes and when im in a spot i fan cast and try to cover as much area as quickly as possible. this time of year night time bass fishing can be very rewarding.

cooper, greenwich lake, stewart lake, haddon lake, grenloch lake, strawbridge lake. i can really go on and on. my suggestion is downloading the mobile app called fish brain. its like facebook but for anglers. it will show a map and every location and will have the catches posted at each location.

no idea but ive caught fish on a black buzz bait all times of the day. never tried white at night so i cant say if it works or not.

early morning bite is good this time of year and from dusk till whenever you get tired of getting bit by the bugs. Ive been exclusively throwing top water baits. my go to's are buzz baits and some type of buzzing frog like a top toad or teckle sprinker but anything should work. put in the time there and you should get rewarded. big snake heads there too. good luck.

yes if you have put in the time you should of gotten a few bites. what are your lures and what times are you fishing? have you tried newton? it has tons of bank access.

I have a bank fishing spot that i go to on my lunch break so from spring till late fall i fish it for an hour or so. when it gets colder i lift weights 5 days a week during my lunch break. you dont need that much to get into shape. i just have a bench and some dumbbells that i use and can cover most of the muscle groups. you could even get away with 2 hours a week or 40 minutes per 3 day session.

what rod and line(s) would you use with it? what types of presentation for bass fishing would you use it for? drop shot or?

in open water the hook ratio is higher, theres no denying that. but you cannot replace the buzzbait with a plopper in a lot of situations where there is vegetation, branches or floating debris. If i could only have one or the other, id have to go with the buzzbait.

A nice 4+ on a black buzz bait before going to work. hit right over this fallen tree trunk that ive been casting at for the past 3 years. this was the first ever catch at that target.

only thing id like to add is my preference for longer armed buzz baits. they seem to have a much higher hook up ratio.
