Teneroc in Lakeland has about 12public phosphate pits and they have started producing some hogs in March you should be able to catch a double digit also there are a couple more around the area that are public in south Lakeland

I've found that the little ponds on the off ramps of I-4 are good but WATCH OUT for cottonmouths
