I used to fish bullshoalS lake in missouri with my dad. He fished for everything, so at the end of the week we had caught,largemouth,crappie, smallmouth, catfish, gar, carp, and bluegill. So the last day of the trip, my father. Says well no one caught a white bass this trip. Not even 3 mins later we are loading the boat and my rod was rigged up with a roadrunner. It was dangling over side of boat about 2 inches from waters surface. Sure enough a white bass comes out of water snatches that roadrunner and takes off. I jump after the rod into the water(my zebco prized possesion at the time, i was 8 yrs old) and got the rod. He jumps out of the truck comes running back bye the boat, what the hells going on back here! I stand up in about 2 feet of water, reel in the fish ,hold it up grinning from ear to ear. Heres your white bass i said. I,ll never forget the look on his face lmfao. He shakes his head, as i let the fish go, and says showoff! Lol, best memory i had with my old man.?

Yep, problem with that imo, is that any added weight throws off the fall rate i like. These sponsered guys got it made with all there free ****, lol

I really like these baits, but jesus there so exspensive! I rig them bakwards so they fall back into the same area. Does anyone know of a similiar cheaper product?

Most people that havent fished flukes, fish them to fast. Rule of thumb slowwww down lol. The slighest movement makes that bait dance. I fish flukes all year round( i live in florida) and one of my favorite baits. There also called sluggos, zoom makes a great one.

Yep, i had all daiwa zillion, rods and reels, and lexa spinning, now i gotta slum it at walmart, lol

I used to live up in misouri, but been in florida a long time now, i live about 40 mins from lake tarpon, and bass fishing there is world class! I,ll never go back north?

Hello, just joined. Im a serious bass fisherman, dont really do tourneys but i will fish all day like a mad man. I live in tampa , saint pete area in florida. Recently had my truck stolen with all my fishing gear in it. Truck was found with everything gone of course, now im starting from scratch?. Looking for some higher end rods and reels, and a fishing buddy. So if anyone out there has any used gear to sell would relly help me out. Best time of year to fish and i cant. Sucks.
