    this is exactly my confusion too. many contests now states in the rule book that they use these devices for judgement. I don't know why and want anyone to help me understand better.

    what are your thoughts of using the Torry meter? I've seen many contests now in their rules or guideline that says they'll use a device called the torry meter to distinguish the winner. I'd like to know what your thoughts are. Do these things really work? Have you seen it in action? I'm an organizer and tournament director and is thinking about this. Any thoughts and comments are greatly appreciated. Thanks!
