I have five or six Zman chatter baits. I have been watching videos on YouTube and there are different videos saying you need to take a black marker and color the blades black, is this what I need to do? I have been catching fish (mostly northern pike), so if I make the blades black will that help to catch Bass, or maybe more fish with the chatter baits?

I’m looking to replace my Texas rig fluorocarbon line. My thinking to replace the 20lbs. Berkley Trilene professional 100% Fluorocarbon with 20lbs kastKing Fluorokote 100% fluorocarbon costed Line. What are some thoughts on this?

Are u saying higher price or higher lbs. test. Many thought on what’s biting off the whole wieght and lure

I have been using snap to change out lure because it’s EZ but I’ve had them come unsnapped or break off. I fish for Bass with hollow belly for a lot and Texas ringed plactis, I’ll have a good bite but when I set the all there is left is starhight end of the line what would be? I fish in north eastern Wisconsin we do have snapping turtles could they snap it right off?
