Hey was anybody in that tournament? How did you do? What techniques did you use? Is there anywhere I can view the results? mardon's hasn't posted the results online yet.

Hey I experience this too on my local lake. I fish pretty much nothing but weightless Senko's and the big bass only bite on those. Nothing else. The faster lures caught the smaller fish. People have explained to me that in the Northwest bass are just a little spookier than down south. If you are fishing up north it probably is the same. Is it a clear water lake? Because a clear water lake will also spook the bass more and make only the most realistic lures the most effective.

Does anybody know any free fishing videos or fishing clips that I could view over the internet or order? Besides the Doug Hannon ones. Thanks

Thanks for all the help. One last thing, if I'm fishing a lake with a silty (just a line of soft delicate mud about 5 inches thick) bottom and say I want to jig in the spring. Is that a good idea, I can see the lure being buried in the silt and not even being seen.

Hey does anybody know of a website or a way to tell from the weather about the temperature of a lake. I am trying to figure out the Temp. of Potholes Reservoir. That's a pretty big lake so I figure it should be out there somewhere. Anybody know of a site? Thanks

Hey can anybody explain to me the differences between Northern Bass spawning Versus Southern bass spawning. I live up North and know they are different but I don't know the specifications of why. If you have an answer please include the months involved for each style of spawning. Thanks a lot.
