Which is better and which one last longer? How long do they last?

Not looking to spend a whole lot of money. Looking for a good frog rod. If there's a rod where I could also use it for other baits besides a frog that would be best. Price limit is about $200. Also what are the best frogs and colors?

What is the most effective bait to use when trying to catch small mouth in a shallow river less than 10 feet in depth? I am in Arkansas so it is getting fairly warm now. I usually use a jig with a craw and do pretty decent.

I was using a jig with a craw yesterday and it worked well. I was wondering if there was anything better. Caught 2 4lbers back to back.
