Yeah, see, that's the problem I'm having... While I'm extremely grateful for all of your responses, none of the recommendations you guys had actually fit the description of what I'm looking for! I realize I may have to settle for something a little less than ideal - but what gives?! Why in the world is it so hard to find a bass spinning rod with these specs...??

I'm looking for a 7' medium power moderate action spinning rod. I could maybe settle for a 6'6" I suppose, but really want a 7', and strongly prefer a 1 piece. For various reasons, I'm looking for something ~$50 or less. I cannot seem to find what I'm looking for after browsing tons of rods and all of the "obvious usuals" on various popular websites. Can anyone suggest something for me? Obviously, I need a make/model that's currently still in production. Thanks y'all
