  1. Hey guys, im just gonna share whats been working for me and hoping to find new tactics to rip some lips next time i go. Ive recently been hitting up ponds and bank fishing off Chikamauga Lake. Chik is pretty heavly pressured this time of year so ive slowed things down by using a weightless texas rigged senko and fat albert grub. Caught 9 in a 2 hour period. I never used weightless anything till then so I took it to my ponds. First time i caught 12. 2nd caught 18 with two fish over 4 pounds. I honestly shouldve found something better to use for the second because the water was super stained. So what do yall think? Think i shoud stay with the same approach or what should i change it to?

  4. Hey guys I'm just looking for a bit of advice. Theres a section of my local river way up in the mountains and its loaded with smallmouth and has a good bit of large and spot bass aswell. Its a blast to fish but I feel I could be more productive with the right equipment and lures. I'm a teenager on a tight budget and a tight schedule so I get out there when I can. The river is moderately cold year round and decently small. usually I will bring my medium action casting rod but recently Ive been wanting to buy a nice light medium spinner. I'm not positive on what line to use either. Lure wise I usually use a tube bait( I lose atleast a pack everytime I go because they get hung in the rocks), a rooster tail( usually catch smaller bass and a few trout), and some spooks ( lost the biggest smallmouth of my life). Like I said I'm a teen on a budget so the more advice and help the better. Thanks!
