  1. Is My Reel Repairable?

    I am a novice and fish infrequently. My old Mitchell 306 gave out (bale won't catch). Can anyone tell from my fuzzy photo if the spring is broken? If so is that the problem and is it hard to fix? This one was made in France and I suspect worth keeping if I can. Thanks
