We have some of the "Really Useful Boxes" in the lab at work. Nicest plastic storage boxes I've ever seen.

IIRC, according to Abu Garcia's website (when I bought my vengeance spinning they still had the specs online for the older vengeance model and the new one as well) the old model (black with grey "lightning stripes") was listed as moderate fast action, and the new vengeance (silver with black rings by the guides) is listed as fast action. Other than the change from moderate fast to fast, I couldn't tell any difference.

For the record: I own one of the new silver and black vengeance spinning rods. I love it, that's why I was looking for the casting one for cheap.

Ahh, its the spinning rods. I was hoping for the casting models. I checked out a local walmart at lunch, they had one of the black vengeance rods but it was a spinning model, it didn't have any kind of tag on it at all either, so I don't think they would have sold it anyway.

May I ask where? And I'm assuming we're talking the older black Vengeance rods right?
