    Thank you fishnkamp, this sounds like a logical explanation, I live in California and this rod came from Hacienda Heights, which is about 30 miles away from the Huntington Beach.   2. Help identifying this rod

    I just picked this rod up from an estate sale, it says "Frank", i know Frank owned this rod and has passed away. It says under that Boomer Jr. #60/100, overall length of 68" I'm just hoping someone can tell me more about this, age, maker, etc... Thanks in advance for any feedback, and sorry if this is posted in the wrong section, i didn't see a section for identifying help.
