  1. Ranger R17 (Throttle Response)

    Looking for any guidance on correcting a delayed throttle response on a 2001 Mercury 125HP. Motor is on a Ranger R71. Motor runs great aside from being a few seconds delayed when pressing down the throttle at the console. (Press down to full throttle...pause pause pause...motor comes to life and launches me into plane). Nothing noticeable in terms of sound from the motor. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
