I did late in the evening but they would get off right at the bank every time. I was using a Gary Yamomoto sexy shad square bill. I lost my Pb for sure.

Ok, so today while I was fishing, my friend decided to tie on a square bill. Automatically he caught three in the next thirty minutes. So should I stick with soft plastics and fish slow or go parallel with the bank. with a square bill.

If the bass are spawning and you know for sure they are I would throw a Sexy Dawg walking bait over the bed and beside it. Sometimes you can get lucky with a t rig and throw it in there and get the big fish. What does the water clarity look like? I might be able to help you a little more. Good luck dude.

Well for your t rig I've actually taken a lead weight and put it in the head belly or tail of the worm. Depends on what kind of action you want. I would throw a jig on the bank and drag it back to your boat or throw into those bridge pilings. What's great about jig fishing it's weedless. Good Luck man!

I actually have one myself and really like it being that it's $40. It's held up for about a year and a half and is still catching tons of fish. This is it before I used it.

I would be throwing any kind of swim bait in that temp of water. For top water, I would use a spook that looks like a bait fish. I would use a Live target swim bait BTW. Good Luck!!!!

I've never heard of catching a fish on a cigarette butt before. That's pretty awesome. I forgot all about a brush hog t rigged that's my favorite in warmer weather. My favorite color for a spook is sexy shad of course. My confidence bait is a soft plastic.

I prefer a really bulky jig, probably Junebug or blue paired with a orange or chartreuse trailer.
