  1. Shakeyhead and Ned rig have been my main producers recently. I’ve also caught a few on both dropshot and chatter bait.
  2. Where is this place? Never heard of it, but nice fish!
  3. I sure am ready for the cooler weather. I caught this 4lber during the cold spell we had about 2 weeks ago. Caught in Lakeland on a private lake/pond that my buddy lives by and has access to.
  4. I’ve had a few good ones in the past few weeks + a lottt of dinks. Anyone else been catching much lately? Thread has kinda died since last month
  5. Went fishing with a friend at a pond then a private lake in our kayaks this past week. Caught about 12-15 of all different sizes, then caught my new PB- a 6lber. Texas rigged zoom ultravibe worm, junebug & green pumpkin colors.
  6. Got out today in my kayak for about 2hrs at the Shelby farms lake by the stables. Only caught a dink, but had a few swipe at a spinner bait. They seemed to be up really shallow crashing on the bank. Also— keep your eyes open: the snake count for today was 9.
  7. My only fish from this week . Got him flipping a jig at part of a Shelby farms pond where it got a little narrow and messy. He hit it on the retrieve about 2 feet off the bank and kinda surprised me
  8. What were you throwing & what part of the pond? I might have to try that place sometime since it’s only about 15min from my house but I’ve never thought to look there. ? Same story this past week for me, i spent some time fishing before the weather moved in, hoping it would get the fish moving some, but didnt catch anything but leaves. Really hoping for some consistent warmer temps sometime soon
  9. I went out for a little while on Wednesday at a small pond in Germantown and caught 5 bass - 2 on Texas rigged senkos and 3 on soft plastic swimbaits with a weighted 3/0 ewg. Nothing too big but it still made for a fun afternoon
  10. Has anyone tried Neshoba park lately? I might hit it for a little while tomorrow afternoon
