    hi guys, ive had my reel and rod combo for about 8 years now :-[ ive been reading the forums and ive seen a few posts about reel maintenance, something ive never taken any time to do :'( the problem is the reel and rod were given to me as a gift, 2nd hand, with no schematics..... so ive been a bit intimidated with opening the reel up. is there any chance any1 has an old copy they could scan for me pls : im gonna be buying a new rod and reel, but would like to keep the other reel in running order as a spare. thanks

    Hi guys, i found your site whilst googling for some tips. have learnt more from this site than all the others put together. Anyways, ive been bass fishing for s short period of time, just a few months, but im hooked.... excuse the pun ;D look forward to the tips and advice in the forums and articles... cheers
