Thanks for all of the advice. I ended up with a Pflueger President and a 13 Fishign *** black 7'4" Med/fast action. I put 30LB braid with a 8lb fluorocarbon leader tied on with the Albright knot. I did notice that the Albright was kind of big, maybe it was just because it was my first time tying the knot. To me the knot hung up on the guides.

Which knot do you use to tie on the leader?

So I am in need of some help. I currently have 3 BPS Pro Qualifiers 6.4:1 reels on 6'6" Med/Hvy fast action (BPS Extreme) , 7' Med/Hvy fast action (Johnny Morris Carbonlite) , and a 7' Med fast action(Pro Qualifier Tournament IM8 graphite). I would like like to add/upgrade to my collection. I mainly fish out of a kayak in stained waters. What are your suggestions? I am in SW Ohio and fish a combo of lake and river.
