  2. Hey guys I need some advice on foot pedal location ? I'm from Australia and we are normally behind the times with electric motors and so forth . The norm type of electric motor is electric steer used and I was wondering why most in the USA use cable ? I know it's quicker steering and you can feel it out better but doesn't your foot have to be turned side ways when fishing parallel to shore ? That can be a pain I can imagine . I'm currently designing a new boat for when my nitro sells and I'm toying with the idea of having multiple foot peddle recesses because of the style of my fishing . I'm thinking 3 foot peddle wells at the front and 2 each side with a fill in blocks the same size to place in un used wells so there not a trip hazard . I could imagine this would cut down on back pain and give you the option to switch legs when fishing parallel banks is anyone doing this ? Am I over thinking it haha . I also often fish with up to 3 other anglers and we need to fish side ways so are back swings on the cast is safe meaning I would have to keep my foot side ways all day if I had cable steer in a foot well . Any feed back is much appreciated . I also use the ipilot a lot and I'm aware about the ultrex motor and will purchase it if there's more advantages with cable and mostly more comfortable
