How to tell the difference on a crankbait
How do you know that a fish has taken your bait and you're not just hitting some cover, also how do you know when to set your hook. Will you feel it if so what does it feel like?

So I have 30lb fluorocarbon and that's not gonna change. If I want to make it dive deeper can I just attach a lead shot next to it or will that not work

Finding a goood fishing spot
So I'm going to lake benbrooke in Fort Worth, and I can only shore fish. I believe that it's a rocky beach all the way around so there isn't a any like grass or reeds that I can cast into. I also think it has a rocky surface below. There is also a large dam that you can get next too. Anyone know where I should fish, and jig, rigs, or bait I should use

Freelining blue gill for bass
Can some of please tell me how free line blue gill for bass. How do I tell the difference between my bait fish swimming and when a bass has got it? Should I let my drag go so loose that the bluegill can swim around or do I leave my drag super tight? As you can see I know nothing so anything is appreciated

Bluegill live bait rig for bass
I'm going to go bass fishing, and I'm going to use live bait in a lake lewisville's marina in Fort Worth. However I'm not sure what to really use as a rig. Do I use circle hooks or a live bait hook. Should I use a bobber if so how big does it need to be for the fish not to pull it down. Any tips would be much appreciated
