  1. Does pelican bass raider 10e require title or other registrations

    DMezo posted a topic in Bass Boats, Canoes, Kayaks and more
    I recently purchased a pelican bass raider 10e from an owner and they said they said the boat did not come with a title. However they did have an outdated water usage stamp that they said they were told was all they needed for it. I didn't think something this size would require one. Any advise would be greatly appreciated
