Here is my set up in transport:

Last summer, I acquired a new Bass Raider 10e and paired it with a Minn Kota Enudra MAX 55 LB trolling motor & an Autocraft group 29 marine battery. I put the trolling motor in the rear and used the pre-wired power line to house the battery up front. I kept the boat stock during the summer & fall seasons. Over the winter, I have been gathering a lot of parts to customize/ make it more suitable for my fishing style. First and foremost, I bought a Garmin Striker 7SV, 20ah battery and built a custom battery box. I decided to mount the transducer on the front of the boat using an old trolling motor bracket that I picked up for $20 at a salvage yard. Now, I am just waiting on my RAM mount to arrive so I can install the head unit. In addition to the FF, I installed a 1/2" plywood floor & covered it in black outdoor carpet. I am also waiting on a few RAM mount rod holders, which I plan to mount in the rear for crappie trolling. Attached are a few pics of the floor and transducer mount. Will snap more once I have the final setup complete.
