My main dilemma in this whole thing is I want to still be able to fish topwaters effectively

This might be kind of lengthy but I need some help picking what line I should use. I have a medium light which I plan to use for creek swallies and finesse worm techniques, a medium power spinning rod which I don’t know what I’ll use that for, a medium power baitcaster which I wanna use for crankbaits, finesse jigs, light Texas rigs pretty much everything that’s not too heavy including topwaters, but here’s where I can’t decide, what I plan to use my medium heavy baitcasting setup for is good for fluorocarbon except I wanna be able to use a frog too and braid doesn’t go well with reaction baits from my understanding and jigs and heavier cranks and spinnerbaits. I would love some help on this .

So I came across a deal on a brand new tatula for 75 dollars on ebay, but the only issue is to buy this I would be using the money I was planning to use on Black Friday sales. I need some help deciding if I should go for the tatula or not. I was wondering what pound braided line I should use for my medium light spinning rod. I will be using this rod for finesse worm techniques but also will be using it in creeks for smallies and other small fish where i use in line spinners and small plastics. I was thinking either 10 pound or 15 pound, can anyone tell me if i throw strraight 10 pound braid if it will break easily if it gets snagged. Also wanted to know if bright yellow braid spooks the fish a considerable amount ( I mostly fish really muddy water) because I was thinking of getting some bbecause you can see it easily.

Update, after extensive research I purchased all seven foot rods, one medium and one medium heavy both casting abu garcia veritas 2.0 and a fenwick hmg spinning medium light

Can anybody give me further insight into what a a reconditioned rod from fishermans factory outlet would contain. Like, would there maybe be a guide that broke and is now a different color or anything noticeably wrong or changed with the rod?

Would you suggest buying reconditioned?

Ok, so what does reconditioned mean? Does that basically mean refurbished aka used and everything that doesnt have that is brand new?

I have noticed that the reviews for the Daiwa Aird rods are very good and they are very affordable and I was thinking of getting a medium light spinning and also a medium heavy casting. Well then what would you reccomend for 80 dollars

So, without the daiwas in question, the shimano caenan has 4BB +1, but the Pflueger President Xt has 9 BB, does this mean that the xt is smoother, or just has cheap bearings while the shimano has higher quality bearings, I am confused.
