  2. buying a boat and need an opinion

    just curious posted a topic in Bass Boats, Canoes, Kayaks and more
    just wondering if anyone has any opinions about molded plastic jon boats. i have an opportunity to buy one and, having no experience with them, was curious what your opinion of them is. i am curious to their stability and how they ride in the water compared to an aluminum boat. the one i am looking at is 12'. it includes a trolling motor, new battery, anchor, oars, life jackets, and has a trailer with new tires. it is like new and has only been in the water 4 times. both the boat and trailer are titled. asking price is $800.00.
