    i HAVE A 5HP BRIGGS AND STRATTON OUTBOARD THAT SAT FOR 8 YEARS. GOT IT STARTED, IDLES SMOOTH, BUT IT CUTS IN AND OUT AT HALF THROTTLE. CLEAN THE CARB WITH NO CHANGE. HELP! ANYBODY ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM?
