I am an avid runner and climber. I have been fishing since I was pretty young, but in the last few years I have been hooked on LMB and SMB. I enjoy ring perch, Crappie, shell cracker days just as much as the monster bass days.

I fish from a Hobie outback, but my brother and I fish together just as often in a 17' Triton w/a 50HP Yamaha.

I 2nd Swift Creek lake in Pocahontas state park. Great scenery, plenty of areas to explore and some good LMB. If you are on a budget: $6 to enter the park, I think $15 to rent a boat or kayak. The whole lake may be a mile and a half long. I live in Glen Allen , but now you have me thinking about dropping a line in Chesterfield
