  1. I always hook mine under.
  2. From what I understand the toads are supposed to land on their backs and then turn over onto their belly when you start reeling. Usually, if my toad is running on its back I don't have the hook completely straight. I just started using the zoom horny toad hooks on my rage toads and they don't get tore up as bad.
  3. Me and my partner fished a little while this afternoon. We had 5 on crawdad bandits and the other two were caught on rattle traps. We had two that were about three lbs, and the rest were 13 - 15 inches. All of them were out of Stewart's creek.
  4. We have been catching a few on crawdad colored 300 bandits. It has been pretty slow lately. It looks like we may have some warmer weather this week, maybe it will turn them on.
