Whopper Plopper Tuning?
Having trouble with one of my Plopper 75's running on it's left side on retrieve. The right eye is almost straight up, when moving. Anyone have any success tuning them? Looked everywhere and can't seem to find any answers. Have added a small split ring and barrel swivel, and didn't notice any change.

drop shot for lg.mouth bass
A staple down here in So Cal is the 4 or 6" Roboworm, in MMIII color. Hard to beat. Also, don't be afraid to mix it up and d/s a craw or creature bait.

Fishing Trout pattern Swim baits, where no Trout
Quick question. Wanting to throw some Triple Trout and Hudd 6-8" swim baits in a couple of local So Cal reservoirs. While a few stock rainbow trout, several do not. Anyone regularly throw trout patterns in lakes that don't have trout? Main forage is shad, crawdads, and bluegill. Thanks.

Question about using wacky rig in deeper water
Dude, there's no perfect answer. Try a couple of the methods above and see what works. From your description, I'd use a wacky rigged, Tokyo Rig. Adjust length to your need, but it needs to be a little off bottom to get the "wacky" effect.

Honey Hole Problems---What Would You Toss?
i'd love to get my kayak with depth finder in that place and locate those major contour changes and structure. Those holes could be a game changer. In addition to a lot of the suggestions above, i'd throw a Spro Rat at dusk / dawn.
