I Vacation down in Fort Myers at least one if not twice a year. My relatives live in a gated community. If you can get into any gated community - Fish it, the fishing is great in the small ponds. I have seen a lot of post about people doing really good on golf courses, which I have not found a way to get into yet. You also might want to try any ponds around the local churches or Canals. I have also seen people fishing around the Fort Myers airport water area's. You can also try Lakes Park - It has a mixture of fresh water and salt water and many different fish. Overall if there is water - fish it - There will be Bass. The Bass is in the gated community.

I'm coming down to Fort Myers in July for vacation. Staying in PASEO subdivision. I was just wondering if anyone else knows of other places to shore fish for Large mouth Bass. I have tried Lakes Park in the past. Thanks appreciate any feedback
