    I am planning to run a Shimano Casitas and either straight 20lb mono or 65lb braid to a mono leader.

    So I’m looking into getting into the bigger swimbait game and need to find a rod, I was wondering if I could get away with using a Daiwa Fuego 8 ft heavy to throw 6.8-7.8 keitechs and 8” huds, or should I just go with the Daiwa DX swimbait rod in 8ft heavy, I’m on a budget, just trying to get the most bang for my buck.
