  1. Stopped in at my locate field and stream and they have the 704 there. I really liked how it felt, I was looking for something a bit longer than 7’. This one also had the extra fast tip. Just curious if someone could comment on it, and if it should be ok casting distance wise
  2. Yeah it’s the Jupiter. Nothing terrible with it, hasn’t held together well but serves as a good multipurpose rod. I did check out the Tatula’s in the store they are a little pricey and I’m not to sure what the difference is with the XT model.

  4. I am a bank fisher, and currently have two rods. My go to rod is St. Croix Bass Mojo drop shot spinning rod. I do a lot of finesse fishing because I fishing mainly on a small heavy pressured lake and some game land ponds. I want to do more frog fishing, this place is packed with matted grass and pads. My second rod is a Medium Heavy Daiwa casting rod from Walmart. It works, but it’s not the best and definitely not what I need for frogs. The rods I kind of have my eye on are the St. Croix Bass Mojo (I do like my spinning rod, but I think I want to try something else), the Dobyns FR 735c, Veritas (just because Dicks sell it and I don’t got to order offline), and the KastKing Speeddemon. I don’t know too much on the KastKing, I’ve used their braid for years and like it. The rod looks nice and seems to a lot of bells and whistles but I don’t know how the blank itself handles. If anyone can provide input it would be appreciated, I am looking to stay under $130.
