So I just got my tatula SV TW yesterday and it wasnt as smooth as I expected. I think it may be lacking in grease, as the geary feeling is only felt in some parts of the rotation. Is there any way to fix this? Also I was also wondering what greases y'all recommend

I opened the maintenance port and put 3 drops of the liquid (which i hopefully think is oil that came with my STX) onto my main gear. However, now my reel feels geary in certain areas. Did I accidentally put degreaser in my reel?

I just purchased a revo stx 4th gen. Playing around with it, I noticed some handle play when wiggling the star drag. I was able to make it move in and out approximately 1 mm. When I push and pull the handle the reel the shaft clunks, and when I shake the reel I hear a small particle moving around. I don't know if this is normal, as it is my first baitcaster. If anyone knows anything about this or even a fix, it would be greatly appreciated.
