Lake Champlain
I live in Alabama so going to assume that it’s like our early spawn as far as baits. Reaction style with probably more of a jerkbait option? When we came in the fall it was alittle bit of a spinnerbait bite but mainly Ned rig in 15-20 foot of water. Just want to make sure we bring enough stuff with us. Thanks for your help.

Lake Champlain
Yes we are staying at marine village again. Booked the room today for May 31st-june 7th (May stay longer). We primarily fished in the inland sea last fall targeting 15-25 foot range and where very successful. If they haven’t started spawning when we come will they be up shallower by then.

Lake Champlain
Drove 20 hours last fall and fished Champlain for the first time. We had a great trip and caught lots of smallmouth. We are looking at coming back up around June probably the first week. Any info on how the bass will be as far as spawning both largemouth and smallmouth. We will be staying around Pointe Au Roche. How is the weather this time of year. We had some extremely windy days in the fall which i know is typical. Thank you for any info.

Lews custom lite setups
Got a couple questions for some guys. I running the Lews custom lite series rods. I have several of the 7’ mh/f and the 7’3” mh/f for various uses. But I recently bought a pitching stick in 7’4” h/f flipping stick in 7’6” h/f and the 7’3” mh/mf jig rod. And was curious as to setups that would excel with these rods. I flip a jig with a 7’2 h/f grass rod and really like that set up on 20lb fluoro. Thought maybe a swim jig on the “jig rod” but curious what others might think.
