Not sure if this Topic has been mentioned before.......Hey guys, quick question? I'm throwing a whopper plopper 90 and 110, seems like when I reel in my line the plopper is spinning in the water creating line twist. What size swivel and split ring can I get away with using? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hey guys, i have a question curious to see what and why do you have to use a leader line when using 30lb braid. Is it a bad thing to just run braid? Sorry for this basic question. Just wondering what must of you guys do and the reason for it. Thanks for any suggestions and comments. P.S. I use a baitcaster and rod with micro eyelets.

True, the only Crank Baits i would be throwing are KVD 1.5 or 2.5. i was in between 6'6 or 7'0 mh......was looking for advice on gear ratio.....i know i would get a lot of different responses, was hoping it would help me to narrow down to 1 or 2. New to Crank bait fishing.

Hey Guys and Gals......Im trying to get suggestions on some Crank bait Combos. Whats the best reel ratio to get, Whats a good rod length and power? Will probably be throwing KVD Crank baits 1.5, also is 12lb Mono good for this application? Help help is greatly appreciated.

im guessing the spook jr's are between 1/8 or 1/4 weight, so i hope 12lb line will work

Trying to put together a Top Water Combo. Is 12 or 15 pound mono a good choice for top water, when pair with a 6'4 MED MF rod?? Mainly throwing Poppers, Pop-R, and Spook JR'S. Any advice or opinions are welcomed. Thanks Guys

Forgive me for all the questions just trying to put together a nice top water combo........i currently use a Favorite 6'6 med hvy with 30 pound braid and 12 pound mono leader for frogs and Texas rigs which have seem to be working......

quick question, do any of you guys think the BERKLEY EMOTION 6"4 MF ROD would be good for throwing a top water spook or popper with a bait caster? I'm about 5'11 and do a lot of pond fishing from the bank. any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance
