To everyone, thank you for all the replies. I found this one (image atta hed) which I think may be it, I plan on buying it to compare with the one I have. Ill take a look at the others mentiones, always good to try different ones.

These forums are something else, been looking for this for a few hours, googling like crazy. But that may be it, I checked those Northland website briefly but I want to say I have a similar plastic in the tackle box, didn't think it came with one. Thank you bluebasser86, Ill check the lures and comfirm its the same one tomorrow. Really, thank you. Even if it not the same one is very similar.
