  1. Awesome man thanks for the help with choosing the rod and what baits I could throw thank you good luck and tight lines
  2. Ok thank you for the info so Im going to go ahead and get the 734c because as you said it’s seems very versatile I’ll probably get another rod to throw flukes but on this rod I’ll be able to use spinnerbaits, jigs,Texas rigs, and Carolina rigs right?
  3. Also I was looking at the 734c and was wondering if I should get it over the 704 thank you
  4. Thank you for clearing that up for me because I hadn’t seen your comment on the other post Ok awesome thanks and after everyone’s comment that Dobyns are great and it was other companies fault I think I’ll get there rod 704c cause I do like the stiffer back bone also on the 704c do you think I could still throw flukes on it? Like I could on the 703c thanks
  5. I was also looking at the st Croix mojo bass casting rods 7’1’’ MH its 3/8 -1oz because I was looking at another post and it looked like the Dobyns Rods were not that we’ll put together but I do however like the reel that you suggested look up more reviews and it looks great
  6. On the 704c it’s say 1/4 to 1oz is there a reason I shouldn’t throw past a 1/2oz? And also could I still throw flukes on it also thanks for the reply and I’ve also heard great things on the tatula so I’ll probably get that if I can find it
  7. I’m gonna be picking up a new combo here soon specifically for spinnerbaits jigs and Texas Rigs and didn’t know what to get so i came on here and found what seems to be the perfect rod which is the Dobyns Fury 703c because it’s made for exactly what I need it for and I was wondering what reel I should put on it around the 120 mark is my budget for the reel and also I was wondering whats you guys think of the rod also how sensitive is it? Thank you Edit-As stated below the reel with likely be a tatula 100 but I’m still open to suggestions thank you guys for helping.
