Couple things, firstly how do I know you won't just keep the reel and my money? Also what if the reel isnt complete like it needs new parts? Would I need to pay for those? If so I'm perfectly fine with paying for them but would you need to know the parts needed beforehand or could you look at the schematics and tell from when you strip it down?
